Meet The Bakers
Sweet LeighMarie is a home bakery serving the Canton and Columbus areas with hand crafted and beautifully decorated cupcakes. What started as nothing more than a wine-induced day dream between two past college roommates quickly blossomed into what we are today. Lynne and Stephanie started Sweet LeighMarie as a creative outlet from their both busy careers, and as a way to spend more time together. This once day dream turned passion project, by best friends turned business partners, has blessed their lives, and they are grateful for the opportunity to share their talents and treats with you!

A lifelong Canton local, Lynne graduated with a BSN in 2015 from Walsh University, where she met best friend and fellow baker, Stephanie! She has been working as a registered nurse ever since, currently at a Canton hospital on the ICU resource team. Outside of work, Lynne stays busy by spending time with her amazing family and close friends. Other than baking, Lynne expresses her creativity through all things crafty, like hand-lettering, crocheting, and knitting, doing all of this while watching reruns of FRIENDS and E.R. As a lover of good puns, Lynne wants to remind everyone to "cake it easy" and order from SLM ;)

Stephanie is a twenty-something licensed dentist, currently living in Columbus, OH with her boyfriend (and sous chef)! After graduating from Walsh University in 2016, she continued her education at The Ohio State University, graduating in 2020 with her DDS. She works in Circleville, OH, where she loves her job, but is always looking for her next craft or project to keep her busy on days off and weekends. When she's not at work fixing smiles or in the kitchen baking cupcakes, you can usually find Stephanie curled up with a book, sweating to an at-home workout class, or sipping a glass of red wine.
